How to Order
As a dedicated internet company we ask that you place your order online as
this helps us to keep prices down, offers better security and helps to maintain order accuracy.
We are however, always here if you have any problems or questions - simply

and we will be happy to help.
Finding Products
You can browse our products using the menu system on the left which organises
products into common goups and categories. Alternatively you can search for products using the
search box at the top of the page.
Reviewing Product Details
Once you have found a product that looks interesting you can click the
'view | buy' button next to the package quantity you are interested
in. Many of our products are available in different package sizes - simply select the package
that best suits your needs.
Adding Products To Your Order
Once you have decided on a product to buy and made any relevant product selections
(such as size or colour if available), click the 'Add To Cart' button.
This will add the product to your order.
You can then continue to review other products and add them to your order.
Volume Pricing Structures
Many of our products use our tiered pricing structures so that the more you buy
the cheaper they get. To review a pricing chart and see where the price breaks fall for a product,
you can click the 'Volume Pricing' button.
Reviewing Your Order
You can review the contents of your order at any time by clicking the
'View Order' button located in the cart summary at top of the right
hand column.
Checkout, Delivery and Payment
To checkout and pay for your order click the 'Checkout' button.
You can pay for your order securely online by credit card or debit card or,
for regular trade account customers, by invoice to your business. For information on
opening a trade account please visit our
trade account page.
During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter details for:
- A delivery address and contact
- A delivery method
- A billing address and contact
- An order contact if different from above
If you are an existing customer you can log in and check out using your saved
billing and delivery details. If not, simply enter your billing and delivery details where
prompted. New customers will be given the option to save your details and create a password at
the end of the order process.
Once these details are entered and confirmed you will be automatically directed
to our fully secure payment processing pages. Our payment service is supplied in association with
SagePay and offers the highest levels of encryption and security. For full information about our

Our payment pages will prompt you for relevant payment details before
taking you automatically to an order receipt page.
